Questions
What counts as an event?
Any tracked call: a page view, a button click, a server-side checkout. Identify and alias calls are free.
What happens if we go over?
Nothing breaks. We email at 80% and 100%, and keep ingesting for 30 days while you decide whether to upgrade.
Is the 0.33% sample real?
In this demo, yes: queries run on a sample of 400 users and are projected to workspace scale. Production plans query full data.
Can we self-host?
Not today. Scale customers can sync raw events to their own warehouse every hour.
